I downloaded a program by mistake. It's called nICQ and has a Star Trek logo as it's icon. What does it do? I can't figure it out.

ICQ or "I Seek You" is an instant messaging/chatting program (originally from Israel, nowadays owned by AOL - America OnLine -, if my memory serves me right). This nICQ is probably such a program, too.
