I have found these programs which have quick launching / start capabilities (or seems to have):

[*] smart launcher (uses lot of memory)
[*] active desk (a lot of options i don't use, and can not disable tabs)
[*] Psiloc Task Manager

I only tried the first 2 and it SL was very user friendly only it wasn't system friendly (at least it wasn't for me, and some other users on this forum when it came to memory consumption)
Which is considered best and why? (if it comes to quick launch / start programs and memory use).
Any other program suggestion is very welcome!
The only way i know to make the 3650 "quick start / launch friendly" is by assigning the left or right button to favorites... (but that is an unnecessary button click to much for me after using SL) or there must be a way which i completely overlooked? 😮ops:
