Does anyone have the same problem? I have received instructions from T-mobile USA with the Sim unlock code. I never see the "P" or "w" displayed when i enter these instructioins:
1. Press # (pound)
2. Press * (star) three times = P
3. Press * (star) four times = W
4. Press * (star) twice = +
5. Enter the unlock code
6. Press * (star) twice = +
7. Press 1 (one) = 1
8. Press # (pound), phone should display "SIM Restriction Off"
Does the 3650 need to be in a certain mode? I've tried it with another carrier sim card, but get no response. I believe the phone thinks I'm dialing a phone #. No error message, etc.

I see the 'p' & 'w' when I follow those instructions.. what do you get onscreen when you press the * key 3 times then???

After screaming at T-mobile USA and Nokia support. I discovered that "KeysticK App" was the reason I didn't see "P" and "w" when entering the commands for sim unlock. If all else fails delete all your apps and work backwards.

if your entering unlock codes, take OUT the simcard from the phone first!!!
