Fully Removing Software

When i want to remove software, i select 'Tools>Manager>(Select Application)>Remove'

But i understand that all of the files and components from this software is not removed as there are various system files etc. which remain on your phone and take up space.

Could somebody indicate where and how i FULLY remove software and all the redundant files that come with it.

Thanks

Arni

I posed the very same question a couple of weeks ago and got a massive zero response!

I hope someone knows the answer to this...

what i normally do is use Efilemanager to browse through and delte anything that shouldnt be there, but you cant delte everything with that but is still useful, i just delted the last reminants of smart profiles when i actually delted the symbian about a month ago! but i think its one of those things we have to live with!

i posted the same topic few weeks ago... cos i wanna know the real way to delete applications too...

i found out although i have deleted them.. somethings stil remain in the phone n eat up the phone memory.....

sigh

I would rather know the specific locations of the redundant files. Thanks anyway 😊

Anybody?

same as a pc then isn't it? Although you delete it you still have to manually delete it through a filemanager. What i do is go to e:system/apps, browse through and try and find what i'm going to delete. I then note whats there and then delete using apps manager. Go back to e:system/apps and delete whatever is left, but only if its different cos otherwise its likely you're deleting another file.
