Is it possible to change ' icons ' ?

I was wondering if, it is possible to change icons of 3650 programs and installed applcations. Note :- without installing Smart Launcher.
(Smart Launcher consumes lot of memory).

You can download the beta icon pack changer, that changes a few.

A few, yes. Not all unfortunately.

If only the author would hurry up and release the whole program...

Oops, that's me isn't it! Sorry I haven't been working on it much lately. Truth be told I'm losing interest in Symbian in general, and haven't had much "inspiration" lately. Hopefully once I finish a PC project I'm working on (thanks to certain people on AAS for giving me ideas and testing the app for me - appreciate it 😉) I'll hopefully get back onto it.
