A program called pExtender by faquick.
It give you more colours to select as your colour pallete.

Used it ... didnt worked for my phone... and even operator logo doesnt work for my phone... my FW is 3.16

it aint workin on 3.16 aright. u need a firmware upgrade. only version after
4.xx will work. the last upgrade now is 4.46 in india. sl is only for icons and look of menu change
for oplogo u can use seleq. works fine for me. i dont remember if it worked on mine since i had 3.12 fw earlier. give it a try
As Jeal said, for the oplogo, apps like system tools from psiloc, fexplorer from Domi will also do that.
I'm now on 4.47 fw, but they work on 3.16 (although you may find the logo "comes and goes" when rebooting)
A more sophisticated app is Opman from ximplify, it will create the right sized graphic from any image
