I can converting video into MP4. Now i converting with canopus pro coder into RM but still doesnt exist fullscreen player so i can play with pvPlayer.
So how different is video setup for RM and MP4 ?
fps, bitrate, sound quality, ... ?
i am using this setup for RM (http://nokia.iwebs.cz/viewtopic.php?t=274) i thing that this is totally best RM setup.

uh, pv player plays fullscreen. You have the one for the 7650 (wrong one) and not the new pv player which can play mp4 files. If you do in fact have it youll go to options and hti full screen and your good to go. The best proggie for encoding mp4 seems to be pv author as ive tried about 6 different methods and none seem as easy or as nice as pv author. Get the trial and use these settings. 128000 7.49fps 12.2 gsm audio DONT click Variable bitrate and DONT click on scalable video or it wont work. Make it the usual 176x144 and ure good to go. It automatically rotates and fullscreens the vid. Only complaint is u cant adjust volume in fullscreen mode :\ Have fun
Yes, but here is problem that pvPlayer DOESNT set video size to 208x176 grrrrrrrrrrr arghhhhhhhhh
So i was tested quality RM vs MP4 and MP4 is totaly shit.
i setuped many mamy things in pvAuthor and no way to good video and first for audio. Audio have RM much better.
one good thing is that pvAuthor makes better colour in video but this is only one + for MP4

i am using 80kbps bitrate
variable bit rate with 10fps max 12fps min 4fps
sound 22khz + 16kbps
is smalles file size
video quality is better
sound quality is better
video is faster
