SOFTWARE FOR 7650 BACKUP MESSAGES ON PC

I saw this PC Suite of Nokia 6610 and it backs up all the phone's data - phone book, messages, etc. - really good. The messages are backed up in such a way that you can view it the same way as you see it on your phone, including the time sent, date, and number. Phone book can be customised and edited here. Even ringtones can be made and sent to the phone. I've tried it on 7650 but too bad, it didn't work. It only works on certain nokia phone models. I was hoping that a software like this is available for download that works on a 7650. Does anyone know? 😉

Right, it is unfortunate that PC Suite for the Series 60 -based phones does not yet have all the features that PC Suite for Series 40, etc., has. I would expect that it'll be corrected eventually.

There is an application called 'MsgSaver' which can save sms's to a .txt file and send it to your pc. It puts all sms's in with time, date etc, perfect tool.

I forgot where I found it, but the creator is Jari Laaksonen, his email address is [email protected], I think he can help you.
