Ok, i have read guides, hints and forum pots for 4 hours now. I tested everything, that is possible. I STILL have the problem that i cannot get the PC Suite to Work. i tried diferent versions of Bt drivers and pc suite. i use win xp.

i get everything right with the serial connection, i get the green-blue connector sign in mRouter, but when i start pc suite it doesnt make any connection, its icon is grey, although mRouter has green-blue. i am clueless to what to do now.

Is there any solution to this prob?

Haven't seen a thread with exactly my problem. All the other Treads are about not seeing serial ports and not gettin mRouter to connect. My Prob is simply thta this crappy piece of nokia software wont connect!

I am using SItecom BT 500 USB Adapter.

Please help!

The only people I have seen here who still could not get their BT working after following the tips here all seem to have the same problem as you - connected on mRouter but PcSuit say not connected - have all been on WinXP...

Maybe just a coincendence?

Maybe PcSuite does not like WinXP??

Not that it helps you - but may point you in the right direction, perhaps a mail to Nokia support may help you guys??

will

I know you've stated that you have tried different versions BT driver and PCSuite but...

Probably not what you want to hear but I have PCSuite working fine with a Belkin Bluetooth PCMCIA adapter and WinXP Home Edition. The only thing I can think of is that all versions of PCSuite prior to 1.2 (i.e. 1.0 & 1.1) are supposedly not compatible with WinXP. What version of PCSuite are you using? It should be 1.2, sorry if you've already got this aspect sorted.
