Send files via Bluetooth from Nokia to PC

Hello,
When I try to send a file from my Nokia to my PC (when the connection works - see other subject...), a message appears and says : Unable to connect. Max connection bluetooth already in use. I also would like to transfert file (gameboy roms) from my pc to my nokia. How can I do ?
