people hears me before i take the call!!

Whoah! That is impossible. There might be a problem with the phone.

there was this trick you could do with most nokia phones, where you snap a small connector and it'll allow people to phone through to you and it'll answer the call immediately, like get the microphone activated

I'm 99.9% sure it's a hoax, because even if it was what nk8 said, the ringtone surely wouldn't play.

Yeh i don't think this is possible.
But if it was couldn't it have something to do with an app that he has installed?
It it possible that an app such as eprofiles that he has installed and used to change the ringtone has a bug? Or is it just not physically possible?

i think like EAX, that a bug program causes that.but...what program! i have a lot of them... i dont want to restet the phone! 😞

Don't suppose you've got any 'answer machine' software installed have you?

It's a long shot but worth a try uninstalling that and seeing what happens.....

Or any other kind of 'audio' related programs which could be initialising the audio and sending down the line 'too early'

This happened to me, only backwards. I was out to dinner when my phone rang. Standard deskphone ringtone. Before I picked up and answered the call I could here the people in the background on the other end. It was the craziest thing, to here my buddy talking to his kids while my phone was still ringing! My wife and two other people were there with me and heard it too! My buddy heard nothing unusual on his end.
