with another battery i was using when people call the phone goes off.
now i use a different battery and every few mins or so the speaker volume keeps going low when the other person is speaking. and every few minutes the phone disconnects me and i have to redial. any help please?

Are the batteries you are using oiginal Nokia BLB-2 batteries? I have heard a lot about fake batteries that are crappy. If so, take the phone into your local nokia service centre and get the to check it over and install the newest firmware too. That could help things too.
if you are using oiginal Nokia BLB-2 batteries then you might also ask for a replacement.
