Solar charger

You may want to check out the SunCatcher Sport. You can plug in any mobile phone (PDA, GPS, battery charger.....) with a 12-volt adapter. It also has a battery pack that charges from its panels or a power socket. I have it and found useful. There are several other solar panels also avail on the Web. I got this one for its size/weight and have been happy with it. Make sure you search several Web sites before buying as I found it for a range of prices. Below is a place to start.

here in bham, uk its pissing 99% of tyhe time so i need one of them! :P

after looking at the price of the solar panel 😮 i will forget about it and go for the normal charger. it's too pricy! even recycled stuff (eg, paper) cost much more than the normal. it's difficult to convince the mass to go for it.
