to be honest, their support is not particularly responsive :-?

But if you are using worldclockpro, uninstall it, then uninstall and reinstall mobimate. You should then see loads of cities, including hanoi. It seems they use the same (?) database on the phone.

if you really want worldclock pro as well, try installing it after mobimate.
