What does "File is embeddable. Do you wish to continue&

hi guys, i encounter this while using stacker. what does this means?
i continued and nothin was wrong. file gets archeived. so what does this really mean??

It means that the file will be able to work as a normal app without you having to un-archive it first.

hmm.. but then again.. i dun find a difference in files that are embeddable and not embeddable. they all get un-compress when u open them and compress back automatically when u close the app...
