some problem

Try to reset the factory setting on the phone, also make sure you have the mmc card in and the profiles installed as well, if this not helps then try a format and re-install the all_data.sis file again.

Try also a re-boot and see...

well i know its kinda dumb asking this, but do u have a functional SIM inserted? u oght to have 1 for it to register to the specified network operator for the op logo to appear. & in wc part does d profile mode doesnt appear at? the phone or the communicator part?

Sure I have the functional SIM,and I try send a logo to myself by emessaging,when I receive it display normally,but when I chose save,it disappear. And the profile name can be normal display at the communicator part but don't appear at the phone part. I format and reinstall many many times but it doesn't work. What can I do??? To me it sounds as if you need a software upgrade, what version you running? (type *#0000#) to check, if it's 4.13 then you can go no higher, if it's lower then get it upgraded.

Yes,it is also 4.13.

Well this is a new one on me, never come across this problem before, sorry mate looks like a trip to service center to sort this one out.

if your profile's in general the profile name will not show, if there's no signal the op logo will not appear, other than this i have no idea why your phone will do that to you. try a reboot, if it doesnt work format, if the problem persists call your vendor...

When using eMessaging to send your operator logo, did you select your own operator? if you don't, the phone will remember the logo, but will not show it...
