My phone is dead — Sony Ericsson P800, P900 and P910

Now i have some errors with my phone.. which i cant turn it on.. every times i turn it on its will show the ERROR interface..
b/c i did something wrong on start up and shut down videos
with these files startup.mp4, shutdown.mp4 and popcorn.wav files

Is there any otherway to delete these files in my C: with out turn on my phone.

I even cant put it on the sync station, cuz its will show the start up videos and again my phone will Hang

I would like to ask is there anyway i can format my phone.. with out turn it on..

Please help..

Do a phone restore. If you don't know what that means, you might want to take your phone for a firmware upgrade.

Personally I don't think a restore will work, since these files are on the ROM Drive (I beleive that is Drive Z), and only C and D get restored. BTW, he said he couldn't connect it with his PC, so that probably won't work anyway.

I think the only thing you can try is a firmware upgrade, otherwise you ran out of luck :robot:
