You're expecting people to read your mind (again).
Here's a simple, generic troubleshooting "template" for you (and anybody else with problems):
1. What, exactly, are you trying to accomplish (what are you doing; describe all relevant steps, software/hardware involved, including their name, version and such)?
2. What, exactly, did you expect to happen?
3. What, exactly, is happening, if it is unexpected behaviour (including any and all error messages and other relevant details)?
4. Has it (whatever you're trying to do) ever worked before?
5. If it has worked before, what did you do just prior to when it stopped working or after the last time it worked (changed settings, installed new hardware/software, anything)?
Plase print out and tape the above on your monitor as a reminder, when you have another problem you want to ask about. 😉 😉
So:
What are you making the HTTP connection with (what application)?
What access point are you using (what are its settings)?
What operator? Where in the world? What kind of a subscription (does it include internet access or just WAP)?
Have you ever been successful (in making the connection)?
