Bluetooth for P800?

I have been trying to program my P800 using C++ and I'm starting to wonder if I will get any help with that. So I'm exploring my options now.

Does anyone know if MobileVB has the required APIs to programme the Bluetooth functionality in the P800?

Appforge mention that their Crossfire Client file (Booster) is needed to use the features of the phone (E.g. Bluetooth), so I would assume it must be possible somehow!
