It seems lots of people have downloadced the camera APIs so presumably we will see lots of new camera apps soon. I'm not up to writing applications so here is my wish list for those more talented than me:
� Option for no sharpening. Over-sharpening is a major defect in the current photos
� high quality jpeg compression. Uncompressed is nice but a Jpeg compression that reduces the file size to a third of the uncompressed size would introduce minimal artifacts while still giving a reasonable number of photos per megabyte
� Uses camera button. ease of use is paramont for grabbing quick photos
The P800 will never replace my normal camera but there are lots of times when its the only camera that I have with me. It would be great to be able to extract maximum quality from the hardware.
Does anyone else have their own ideas on their ideal camera app?
