All of a sudden, PC Suite won't sync with Outlook. Keeps throwing me an Error loading OUtlook. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but no luck either way. Any idea why and how to fix this?

was it working previously? have you modified something on your PC?? New phone (ID)???
I would start by deleting the tasks in PC suite, and create new ones (like the ones you've just deleted). Then see if it works OK.
Also, check you haven't moved any part of outlook to another drive (during the synch it looks for c:\data\something or other).
Fixed. Turned out that my PST file got itself corrupted down the line, to a point where I couldnt even get Outlook to sync with my iPAQ. Solve it using the Detect and Repair function in Outlook XP. *phew*
