.amr to .mp3 or .amr to .wav?

is there any prog that can do .amr to .mp3 or .amr to .wav ?
becuase nokia multimedia converter only converts from .mp3 to .amr or .wav to .amr

i recorded this song and i wana change it to .mp3 any help? 😞
