Some guy on EBAY is selling the N-Gage.. Here is the link http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=3038170476&category=15044. If he replies to you his website is www.elttrade.com. The domain was registered just a few days back. While the auction states that he only accepts western union or money orders the webite accepts credit cards. Here is the contact info for his company:

If you add something to your basket it shows that he's using www.ecplace.com to host his side and provide the shopping card functionality (they also registered his domain name). The N-Gage is $299 and he tells me that they are in stock and have been released.
Is this guy legit?

There's loads of inconsistencies with his ID even on the Ebay page ie...
It doesn't even say which phone you are bidding on for starters!!!

And he has never sold on ebay before according to his seller information.... a lot of ebayers won't deal with 0 rated sellers.
I will email Ebay about this item and his other 2 he has (if you choose "View Sellers Other Items"😉 which also don't actually state which phone he's selling.
In addition this is the second EBAY account ID he's used. He tried a few days ago and his auction was canceled. I think EBAY will probably catch this one sometime this morning and cancel it again.
