Whi I can't delete a picture associated to one contact

Sorry my English...
The version of the firmware is R2F, and today when I try erase one pictue is associated to one contact appear the message: "Code USER N�. 25" and the application "contacts" go out...but if I change with another picture is ok. With the other picture if I try erase...the same problem. I now some friends with P800 have this problem and with you?! Can you help me?

have u tried to delete the contact you are trying to erase the picture from? maybe your contacts.cdb file is corrupt..but i'm just making assumptions because i've never had such problems with my contacts.

Thanks for your sugestion but your version of firmware is R2F ? I now many friends with the same problem. I compress with stacker the contacts database, I go delete all contacts with images and I go syncronize with outlook all erased contacts again. Maybe...resolve the problem 😞
