Backing up/Synchronising 9210/PC

Sorry folks, it's me again.
I'm still having problems with backing-up/synchronising.
Firstly, I can't back-up the Calendar and get the message, "Communicator unable to open file: C:\System\Data\Calendar"
Secondly, when backing-up the drives I get the message "A problem occurring backing up C:\System\Data\Logdbu.dat because it is in use. Please close all programs on the device and try again." How do I close running programs on the 9210? and what is this file about? Does it have anything to do with the Calendar, and so are the 2 problems linked?
Thanks in anticipation.

David.

You probably use Win XP, so you need to use latest version of PC Suite.

That means that Log is open or corrupted and won't be saved. Try to use latest version of PC Suite. Try to restart phone. If it doesn't help, you should kill the Telephone application. Closing programs in normal way can be done using Menu key, but you can't close the Telephone application in this way, so use Task Manager or similar to kill it. If it doesn't help, the Log may be corrupted and you should delete it. There is command for it.

You can save a ne calendar file straight from the calendar app.
Menu=> File=> More Options => Save As

or Shift+Ctrl+S

This file you can save it under MMC or 9210, send it via IR, or copy it ising file transfer......

You can terminate running apps on 9210 by pressing Ctrl+Shift+K

This combination is like CtrlAltDel on PC. If you press it and you don`t have running apps it will reboot your device.
