I am currently holding on to 2 mobile lines and sometimes I can't bring the 7650 along due to its larger size. As such, I would divert the 7650's voice calls to my 8850. However, I can't receive the sms sent to my 7650.
My question, is thre a function or application whereby both voice calls, and sms alike can be forwarded from my 7650 to another phone?
My network providers here in Singapore are introducing number portablilty which allows me to switch operators, retain my existing number and still receive voice/sms diverted from it. This got me thinking, why not have such a function on a phone? 😊

I guess this would be easy to program, although you would have to spend money to forward the message from the 7650... any other option would require a change in the provider's system.
There's no function/app as far as i'm aware to allow you to divert sms though from a network point of view (i work in technical support for t-mobile) it'd be a fantastic feature to develop - people are happy to pay the cost to forward an sms from a sim card they may have lost etc to somewhere they can read it. Maybe, one day it'll actually happen - or not!!! :-?
it would be difficult to happen, specially if the messages would be forwarded between different networks...
