it posts the IP and port it is listening on on the screen - browse to that I guess...

Thou I could not get it to work, probably because that may be the gateway IP for the T-Mobile Proxy. Or the 'internal' IP from within the T-Mobile GPRS network which is not accessable globaly.

Sounds like a cool app thou if anyone can make it work let us know!

Well in my case it just displays the generic loopback IP addres 127.0.0.1. (A loopback address is an address that tells the computer not to test its connections to another computer, but to test its own basic network setup.)

So what I did was to initiate a GPRS connection by starting up Agile Messenger first. Is there any way to start a GPRS connection manually?

Anyway, after doing that I got a normal and I assume valid IP address displaying to which I tried to browse by inputting it, in the following format, in my browser address bar -

http://123.123.123.123/

The browser appears to be opening a page but it keeps timing out. Is that down to my operator (Vodafone)?

Bloody app. 😊

but doesnt works on mRoute because you set IP in browser of your comp and your comp does know that the port 80 is on BT started
