my bluetooth doesnt work. it did work, but i had to format my hard drive. when i got it back up, it didnt work anymore. now i have a new installation file, but i cant remove my old installation. has anyone been able to remove their software? this is getting frustrating, as i cannot seem to get it set up. i still have the bluetooth icon on my desktop, but when i click it, it acts busy for a few moments only to do nothing. i cannot view my bluetooth places, the folder does not come up but the icon is there. PLEASE HELP!!!

It's not that I don't believe you, but I don't believe you. If you formatted your hard drive then all the data and settings on it should be gone. What hardware did you install to get bluetooth on there? I mean, I bought the Belkin USB dongle and I've have little to no problems (aside from being an idiot and shelling out an extra $10 to get the dongle which can communicate up to 100 meters only to learn later that the phone works at a max of 10)

Tell me more about the computer. What OS? Windows? What version? If you're using Linux, I can't help you. Windows - maybe.
