sure
yer its pretty cool to see the phone you have in the movies shame it was only a quick shot nut she did do something pretty cool with it though. I remeber when I first saw the Matrix it had my 7210 in it. Which was pretty cool as it had the quick realse cover 😃 😃
Yeah ok so im gonna be a bit picky, but it wasnt actually the 7110 in the matrix...it was a different model cant remember exactly (think it was an 8 something) that was modified for the film!
😉
It was a Nokia 8110 (also sometimes known as the "banana" & that's due to shape, not colour 😊 ) in the first Matrix movie.
hmmm so it's not 7110 ??
but what about the auto slider that was on the movie ???
8110 used a manual slide
7110 used a button on the back to slide the slider automaticly
hmm i;m confused now LOL
The 8110 in the Matrix wasn't really an actual 8110, but a prop, methinks, so however it behaves in the movie, does not reflect what a real 8110 did or didn't do.
Well it still looked cool 😃
Well, here you go...
I remember myself watching the movie and my wife saying Do you go online again?
I said It is not me, is the movie 😉
I remember Terminator 2 where he uses the Atari Portfolio to hack bank cash machines etc, that was cool.
I wonder how true that would be it would be great to be able to do that 😃
In T3 they used and upgraded 9210i with a T1 connection 😊 or worse, X25 connection 😃
well, hopefully this wud help change the people from Nokia's Minds that there is indeed a market for the next communicator. STOP D DELAY! Ship it out! :x
While watching the movie, I said to me mate "Hey! There's my phone!" and they shrank in their seats saying "Oh! Shut up already!"
Hehe!
But it's a positive image. The phone was used by a professional who cared because she offered to help tha naked chick who was walking across the road.
Also (and this is a big one), the quality of the microphone and speaker on the phone was enough for the T-X to establish a data connection in a similar manner to the old accoustic couplers the had years ago, yet the ambient sound of the car (an open tiop car at that) was not a problem. What baud was she at?
Also, anybody notice that there was an answerphone message waiting? I wonder what it said? "Hi honey! Just heard on the news there's a lethal naked chick with granade launchers in her arms. If you see her, run like the wind!".
Am I taking this too seriously?
