Mabuhay Kabayan!

There might be other programs running at the background which uses memory.

Press and hold the MENU key and it will show the programs. Select one program and press C.

If this does not work, you might have too much programs on your phone memory. Try setting the camera to use the MMC card.

Also, try restarting the phone. This will help refresh the entire phone. If this still does not work, do a manual reset. Press *#7370#. If you installed programs on the main memory, they will not be removed but if you placed them on the MMC, you might loose the shortcuts on your phone and have problems accessing the MMC card thus you need to have it formatted using a card reader.

kabayan, thanks for your inputs although i already know and have done all these things - e.g. restarting, cancelling apps running in the background, installing all progs in the mmc etc - what i do not want is to reformat my phone or my memory card....do you think reformatting will be the only solution that can solve this problem?....

any other people there who has better ideas?.....

When I bought my phone and have a Greenhills guy install applications for it, I had the same experience as you had. Always that memory full error.
Then I formatted the phone have it use the MMC as the main memory(errr something like that, cause the Internal mem was the one being used by default) and from then on it worked fine. The logic? I dont know. But by experience probably you would need to back up your contacts and MMS & GPRS settings then format the phone. 😃

I also suffer from "lack of memory". I cannot send an email, cannot download an email, have problems sending and receiving SMS, etc.
