Had a hunt around for the best way to show my photos to family and friends (most dont own PCs) and came across a card reader that connects to the telly.
It reads the duo (in the MS expansion Jacket) and puts the pics on screen, and 640 *400 looks good (I assume tv has a lower resolution than a monitor). Downside is all trasfers are by the desktop stand and phone (the reader will not connect to the PC). But the upside is it plays jpgs, mp3s and 'vcd' format videos.
If anyone is interested see amazon or expansys (seemed cheaper on expansys) in the uk.

Personally liked the idea of a box that could take different types of cards ( a friend is borrowing it to show his photos from his camera). Wasn't sure of compatability. Also card box worked out �20 cheaper (�55 to my door).
