i dunno how many ppl know this but i read it here that u cant play the eti files (ear and eye) on nething but eti player. well when u are converting to .avi format instead convert to .3gp format. i tried it and it act. worked. i was tlkin usin command prompt and not the converter file. cuz tht damn file does not work on my p.c.

I think you will find that all you have created is an avi file but with a .3gp extention.
The file will play on the PC because your .3gp player also plays avi files so it will automatically switch and play the avi clip - copy it back to your phone and try to play it, bet you'll get an 'unknown file type' error message.
