Hi
When I left the phone on in the evening with 100% power I had 97% power left in the morning.
After the next night with the same configuration (applications running, 100% power etc.) i had 8% power left in the morning.
This happens irregularly. After some nights 8% other nights 97%.
What is going on?

Battery fairies come by in the night and steal your power,
they are like mosquitoes and don't strike every night, but
in a feeding frenzy they can completely drain a battery in
just a few hours.
No-one has ever photographed one, because they absorb
the energy in a flash bulb so just don't show up in your
pictures.
Battery fairies are attracted to your phone if it is active, so
watching MP4's, making long calls, playing games etc with
get their attention and they will attack your phone when you
are not looking -- they can even get inside your pocket.
😮
The fairies also like the sweet tasting power from camcorder.
There are a couple of ways to outsmart then including switcher and filemanager 8)
Along with the mentioned above, these faeries are also prone to be attatched to bluetooth when on discoverable too, thoughit's never been proven, but there is speculation that the faeries enjoy bluetooth on discoverable than when it is just set to on.
Well, after a few more nights with fairies and strange behavior I did a master reset and a synchronizing (rather than restore) and then resinstalled my applications. Now I am back to normal (so far). I was also amazed of how much free space I got and how other strange behavior went away.
Btw I was never able to delete opera. It did not appear in the applications list and I was never able to delete it (not by master reset and not from delete application list).
So from my point of view I clearly recommend a master reset to get a fresh new start.
It toook about 30 min for the whole procedure.

Logical -- BT is broadcasting a power signal, must make the phone even brighter to them! 😃

Maybe they were hiding in your phone memory, and when they left, you see that as free space?
Yet again, the theory predicts the observed behaviour 😃
