ghost dog or teh symbian support team, sum1 please help... i am real unhappy. i was opening up zip games for MGS b'cos i recieve them by email. i have pop3. so then i installed zipman and unziping them and the phone crashed and i click the off button. when i switched on again it came up with the message!!!

I'm sorry to hear that abdul999wwe and i think you should do exactly what it says,contact the retailer.Take it to the nearest Nokia Service Centre.I can't think of anything else.Wait a while,maybe somone has a different solution for you.

the same thing happens when you do a hard reset and your battery is less than half.... in which case you MUST take it to the nokia repair center.... there's nothing else you can do.
My opinion is: Follow what the phone says... 😉
Please help yourself to perform as below :
1. Removed your MMC card first.
2. Make sure you have at least 3/4 charge of battery before performing the " Safe Mode, and follow-by phone reset *#7370# ". Or maybe you can have the charger on and plugged into the phone to act as a full power source.
3. Press and hold the ABC key and then press the power button. Remember not to release the ABC key till you seen the "Safe Mode" standby screen. (Fyi, there's no special indicator that telling yo're on a "Safe Mode" standby screen.)
4. Once in the "Safe Mode" stanby screen press *#7370# to carry-out "Phone Reset" task.
5. Once "Phone Reset" task completed and back to normal standby screen again, switch off your phone and re-insert your MMC card. If any error showing on the phone boot-up, please have the memory card formatted and by next phone start-up you will not have the error msg again.
(If you some important data or programs files on your MMC card, please use a card reader to have them copied onto a pc before performing memory card formatting)

it is good for benchmark applications, cuz in safe mode you have more memory free, and you get better results 😃 But safe mode is best for resetting phone when you are experiencing problems such as aforesaid.

Hello guys,
A scary thing happened when I try to turn on the phone while by phone is charging. My phone is turned off and the alarm just turned on prompting me if I would like to turn on the phone. Then the message appeared(the one posted here). I tried turning off the phone again and turned it on again.
Thank God it is working again!
