ETI with Windows Media Player

G'day All,

If ETI camcorder had windows media player compatability it would be the greatest app.

Then we could send to anyone & they wouldn't need special programs to convert in my experience most people cant be bothered doing that.

If like me you want this to happen.
MTIA

it does work with Windows Media.....all you do is use the convertor (on the eti webstie) to convert the .eye and .ear files to an .avi file.....then it works with windows media....

We are talking about sending to people without converting programs as most people won't go to the trouble of installing them.

The simpler the program the better!

Lots of people are having trouble with Eyecon files just read some of the forums.

yes, but if you convert it for them they dont need to do anything when they recieve it!

or have i totaly mis-read the question?

is the question really - "can eti, or should eti, be able to save videos into avi immediatly, without the need for conversion?"

Unfortunately the converting progam doesn't work 4 every1
even when you follow all the instructions .

I think if u didn't need to convert it would be the Best APP.

yes i agree, the converor does seem to be a problem for some people. I was lucky enough to get it working in the end.

The dude that makes Eti has said it will support Avi...and MPEG4 i think in the future... and if you have purchased eti....it will be a free upgrade

The latest version of the ETI Camcorder GUI (see the thread in S60 Multimedia) allows you to double click an EYE file and it will launch the movie in your default media player (e.g. WMP)

helo there i want my camcorder to be the default player of my .3gp.. how do i make do it??? any bosy pls help me
