No PIN needed after charging-3650 bug?

Has anybody faced a problem as follows: PIN-code requiring has been set on my 3650,i use the charger that came with the phone(ACP-12E). I plug in the charger, switch off the phone,give it about 2hrs to be charged.Then i pull the charger off,switch on the phone,and it starts WITHOUT requiring PIN! If i restart it once again,then it asks for PIN??Tnxs (i don't know,which firmware runs on my phone,how could i check it?)

check your firmware by typing *#0000#

and, no ive never had that problem! :cry:
