Where can I find "Symbian Connect" application?

The Series 60 SDK for Symbian OS says, that is is possible to use Symbian Connect to copy files from PC to the phone.
But where can I get this application from? (It seems that it is not part of the SDK)

N/A is right. There is Nokia PC Suite, which is not the program I am looking for.
