I'm not a programmer, and this is just a "wish list post". I hope someone will find it interesting , and will help to enrich Symbian community.
There is a wonderful game called "Nethack" www.nethack.org. Please visit their site to read about it, especially if you are new to this. Game itself is avalaible under Nethack License, which is GNU GPL compatible. That makes porting and distributing it easy.
Also there are paths to follow. There is existing port of Hethack for Psion Revo, 5 and 7 devices. It was created by Duncan Booth http://dales.rmplc.co.uk/Duncan/Nethack.htm. Duncan writes:
