Heck mine too....at the hinge area, just from light use, seems to be a bad design, was thinking of going back to SE service centre to claim under warranty repair.

I killed my flip some time ago now - to be honest I don't miss it at all anymore. I think the P800 is actually better without it, just takes a little time to get used to it.
