according to nokia you can only stream info via url on the orange network is this true. Also can you download oplayo via gprs/wap because i don't have an infra-red port on my pc 8)

It most certainly isn't true as the Series 60 RealOne Player works both with local files and streams just fine (well, as fine as GPRS allows) with many other operators (I've used it with two in my home country + a couple of others while travelling abroad, and none of them was Orange).
