Corrupt Calender file - Help

Hello,

I hope someone can help me out. Problem surface after I had my 9210 communicator's internal memory re-formatted, did a restored from my backup. Comm was running OK until I tried switching views in Calender app to Tasks List view.

Calender file resides on D drive mmc card during the re-format of C.

Launching the calendar file, entries, editing etc was OK, the problem was switching view to Task list ONLY. Switching views to others was OK. Error msg is - "! Not found" followed by a Reason code "Etext" and Reason # 12.

I guess I have corrupted the calender file somehow. Any ideas how I might be able to repair the file or extract the contents to another calender file?

I tried to copying the corrupt file to another calender file hoping the copy process removes the error msg. Doesn't work.

Any help appreciated.

aj96,

Thx for yr reply. Issue resolved BUT had to delete each entry in the Task
List on page 1 of 3. I could only view pages 2 and 3 without any error
msgs by hitting the directional key pad after the error msg pops up on page 1.

In anycase deleted each entry on page 1 by hitting "Esc" after the error
msg appears and hitting the "<-" to delete each task one by one 😞 After
clearing all entries on page 1 was I able to resolve the problem. Lucky to
have a couple of tasks to delete. Rest of the entries was OK.

TheSpecialBoy,

Thks for yr response, tried that - No go. Thx anyway.
