How can use chinese input for my p800

I'm new user for p800, i've face a problem why my p800 can't read any chinese message or i can't type chinese message.

I heard that SE p800 can support chinese, what can i do? how i can change my p800 english to chinese?

is it need download any software or need upgrade my p800?
if need download software where i can find that software?

i am also looking for the sis file that will enable the the chinese hand writing recognition. if anyone has it please let me know where to download it or please email it to me. thanks
