I have a n7650 and yesterday when i receive a sms and try to answer i saw that my dictionary have desapered.I don�t have the Abc icon on the top of the display, and i can only write numbers on the sms. 😞 Anyone can help to solve this problem??

Press and hold the # key should turn back on Alpha and turn off numbers
I have a 3650 , same has happened to me too , i cant get it back at all , i did install wildskins ? , i uninstalled it but still no luck?

I can't remember the exact procedure, but search this forum about wildskinz, there's a specific way of definitively uninstalling it. The normal way of uninstalling (temporarily) leaves the phone in a bad way, like you describe.
If you have this problem, and no longer have wildskinz installed, firstly install it again.
When you have wildskinz installed, turn it off (disable).
Then uninstall it again.
Should fix the problem.
hmmm. seems to me there are only bad things to say about wildskinz..
Do people actually pay for it, just to find out it is crap and uninstall it and noone tries to claim the money back and finally..
If it is that bad.. how the company who sells it, can look in the mirror in the morning and be happy about what they sell people????
