With an Easy explorerprogram for my 7650 I deleted some unneccesary files. But now, when I want to startup my Phone, it's gives an error.
I get the Nokia logo, but it fades away... comes back 3 times, but every time it is fading away... After that, the phone is shutdown.
does it need a serious reparation, or Can I handle it by myself?
(i'm dutch, excuse me for the bad english.... 😮ops: )
Try to do this. .1. Turn your phone off .2. Press the abc button and turn the phone on with the abc pressed. You will enter in a safe mode of the phone.I hope i helped😉
No, that doesnt work.. But something what I forgot!
first, after that I deleted the Files, i've got system errors, so I decided to run a Backup.. and in the middle of the backup progress (bleutooth) the phone shuts down!
and Now i've got this 😞
I again,i have used that tip with the abc button because i have an error, and when i restart the phone appears the msg system error and i insert the pin code. And voilá, the phone works again. What is your error message?

I've got no message...
Just the logo and that fades away immediately..
In that case i can't help you, perhaps anyone solve your problem...
Sounds like the phone's in a pretty bad way... I think it'll be quicker to take it to a local NSC and get them to reload the firmware. Find the one nearest to you on nokia's website (support section), and check if they can do it while you wait (should take less than an hour)
Paul
btw, what "unnecessary" files did you delete?
btw, what "unnecessary" files did you delete?
some files of a game that was already deleted..
Looks like some of the "unnecessary" files really weren't. 😊
In any case, take it to whatever's your nearest authorized Nokia service center, show what happens and have them have the phone reflashed to latest firmware/software.
ey, i know what ur problem is. the problem's not ur software. its your lcd. hav ur lcd replaced and voila! its fixed. had the same problem. nokia logo appears upon starting then fades away, then appears again then fades away. this is because ur fone is trying to start the app but the lcd is not responding. 😊 hop it helps 😃
I don't think that is the case.Fading of the Nokia logo usally means that the boot data is corrupt and like liverpool lad and N/A said,a trip to the nearest Nokia Service Centre is your best choice.
it's solved... bought it to the nokiastore, en they've fixed it!
nothing could be possibly deleted /destroyed related to firmware itself in the way it was done. All store folks did was just simple Hard Reset to your phone reloading OS from firmware to phone's memory. It could be performed by simple keys combination at no harm to your phone. The user data would go for sure though.
I doubt that is the case. When the boot data is corrupt, you can't even start up the phone and use the combination of keys in order to do a hard reset. The only solution is a firmware flash which can't be done without some expensive equipment.
mines doing exactly the same, but i didnt delete no files. i press the on button and it comes up with logo then fades and then come sup another 2 more times and fades again and turns off, and if i put the charger in it says memory full, but wont let me do anything about deleting any, and i cant put my backup back on because the phone wont turn on for me to connect through bluetooth, any ideas? or is it a NSC job
Try the before mention ABC button trick, you can even try disabling pin code requests or any security code requests(you will have to put the sim card in another phone). If that does not work, take it to your local NSC.
Small tip, first try disabling the codes then the ABC button trick.
Phone has bad user data, so the user data has to be formated, so hope you did a back-up before this happend, the ways to fix are: send to NSP for upgrade (as this will format the user area) or send to someone who can do this for you, there are many unlockers that have this stuff should be able to do this for you, you can if you wish spend around 200 and fix it yourself.
Does anybody actually know the reset code, and how to get into entering it?
*#7370# or *#7073# this will format the user area as well, also need to know the sec code as it ask's for it and make sure the battery is full or over half as then can take up to 5 min's to do.
The same thing happend with my Nokia 7650, the software were damaged and after a software update it work excellent again. And its nothing wrong with the display as snakehead say.
