My phone's dead! Please help — Nokia 7650 — All About Symbian Forum Archive

Hi,
Yesterday my phone was running absolutly fine and I had installed IM+. Didn't like it so i uninstalled it. Phone was still ok. In the evening when I was on a call, yhe phone died as i realized that I had run out of battery. So i plugged in my charge and now it refuses to charge. Sometimes, it charges for about 10 secs and then there is no charging indicator. Then sometimes, "Not Charging" message appears. Now that has stopped happening but the phone refuses to charge.

I searched and there were a couple of threads but they were old. Was hoping someone would have a solutions now.

It seems broken. Or the battery is broken. Or the charger is broken. Hard to fix through the web. If you have other batteries or chargers, try them. If not (and don't have anyone you can borrow from, or don't want to buy new ones), take or send the phone to a phone repair place (preferrably a Nokia Autthorized Service Center).
