I am using a 6610 / PC Suite 5.1
and a 7650 / PC Suite 1.2.0
both via infrared (which fully works)
and the problem is when I use Data Import. It finds my 6610 ok, and when it starts the transfer of my calendar and contacts it locks up half way through. I am running windows xp pro, and I have tried it on other computers.
Anybody any ideas?
Problem sorted now, I did a sync with outlook and my contacts and calendar are now on my new 7650.
good to hear you're sorted out. In fact, as well as doing regular backups to pcsuite, I also back up contacts & agenda to outlook. I use outlook express as my mail program, so the Outlook contacts & agenda are just what I maintain on my phone.
I'm doing that just in case I lose the phone to NSC, or need to get the data onto any other phone... I don't fancy getting all my data locked up in a .dat file
