I've just received my new 7650 and so far it's great the only problem is that I can't move my stored text messages from my old 6210. I thought I might be able to do it by moving them from the folders to the inbox and then swapping the sim card to the 7650 and moving the messages to the folder on that but that didn't work. The text messages stayed in the 6210 memory and didn't get copied to the SIM card 😞
Does anyone have any other idea how i might be able to do it?
Also, how do sms delivery receipts work on the 7650? I can't see a way of deleting them so I assume they get deleted automatically after a certain time period? If so how long? And what happens with messages longer then 160 characters do you get two receipts or just one?
