i need some help here

Nobody that can help you here, I should think.

What you have must be a prototype/prerelease device as the 6600 is not shipping yet.

It very likely has various software or hardware issues & probably both. And from your post it seems to be the case.

Those should be fixed when the product is finalized, but you are out of luck as no Nokia repair center will upgrade or fix prototype devices (all that they'll do is return them to Nokia).

And I imagine that in most cases Nokia also expects prototype/prerelease devices to be returned when the testing perioid is over (by whomever it was assigned to).

i did not say i have pay for this 6600 it was given to me to try ! no one told me it was a test phone

i did not say i have pay for this 6600 it was given to me to try ! no one told me it was a test phone

Like someone once told me... you get what you paid for. What can you expect frm a test model. Its not inteded to work to the full extent of a production model. The prototypes are basically for photo's and basic stuff.

wow the first guy with the real 6600. atleast this aint no bluff. i just played with the SE p800 and the N6108 today, and finally decided to get the N6600 whenever its out. by jan i shall get it if its out will wait and get it. till now love my 7650. reason to not gettin p800 : two hand usage, dirty cam. i was lost usin it since my last 10 phones have been nokia, so im stickin with it. 😃 😃

YES i think the nokia is a damm good phone and now whit the 6600 ..wow
when it will be out you will love it. but so far i am happy whit my p800.

LOL ! Somehow I don't think he's the first guy with a real 6600 prototype.
He's just got hold of one without either working for Nokia or signing an
NDA (non-disclosure agreement).

The good news is that when this happens it suggests that there are quite a
lot of prototypes out there and release is getting closer 😊

ones showing how good the zoom is would be good

The zoom is digital not optical so don't expect miracles. VGA camera
should be improved over the 3650 though.

2 it fits nicely in my hand and pochet
3 more things in it
4 nice zoom verry clear
5 video zoom too .this is super phone

Could you please post some pix taken with the camera so we can compare it to 7650/3650 quality. I'm interested to see what the 'doublet lens' does 😊

And as for not posting any more pictures, sorry you feel that way, but I am certainly not too bothered about it. Would have been interesting to see more, but I can easily wait till it's officially released and I can go have a look at one in a shop.
