has anyone else been experincing a blue vertical line down the middle of the photos taken with the p800?sorry if this has been covered before, but i'm a bit of a newbie at this. :cry:

Means that your camera is broken.
You shouldn't have any lines on your pictures.
You could try getting it flashed, but I suspect it is a hardware fault on the CCD in the camera.

The phone will be less than a year old, so it should be covered by manufacturer's warranty (in most countries anyway).
That should definately be covered under warranty. You can have a service point order you a part and replace it for free.
I had the same problem from the start with my P800, I had the firmware update a couple of times finally the service center here in Denmark decided to send it to SE, so they could have a look at it. 14 days later it came back, the line was still there but they had changed the screen. I realle can't imagine why they would change the screen, when it clearly is the camera that's the problem. So it got send back, this is a week ago, and I really miss my P800. :evil:
