Question from Nokia-owner

Hi there!

Im thinking about buying a P800, but before I do I have a few questions.

q1: Is i possible to use a MP3 as a ringtone?

q2: How many voices is it in the polyphonic tones?

q1: No.But you can use .wav files as ringtones,mp3's are to soft anyway.

q2: I'm not sure about this but i think the max is 16 chanells playing at once.

No problem! But i think you should wait for confirmation on the max channels in a polyphonic tone question from anyone who actually owns a p800 since i don't 😞

Ghostman, you might also want to check out this link. 😉

Don't think it's possible. I had tried once before. Ringtones only take midi, imelody, imy and wav format.

Does it make much difference to the midi once you get over 16 voices? I mean most music doesnt have 40 + instruments does it?
